We currently offer mobile valeting services in Cork and surrounding areas ( Carrigaline, Ballincollig, Glanmire, Carrigtwohill, Cobh...). Please contact us if you live outside these areas…
We only collect the necessary details to make an appointment for the customer. Wewill not give any customers details to a third party.

After receiving the order we will send you payment details to the e-mail address or mobile phone provided. Payments can be made using PayPall or bank transfer.

Eco Pro Gift Vouchers and their redemption are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:

  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Upon expiry of a Gift Voucher any unused value is forfeited. 

  2. All services by EcoPro Mobile Car Detailing are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

  3. EcoPro Gift Vouchers are only able to be redeemed within Cork and surrounding areas  incorporating: Douglas, Carrigaline, Ballincollig ...etc. For more distant location (over 10km) may be charged an additional fee ( for example: Kinsale €30, Midleton €30, Mallow €60 etc.)

  4. If you receive a Gift Voucher and your vehicle is outside the designated Cork suburbs you will be required to relocate the vehicle to a region where EcoPro Gift Vouchers can be redeemed.

  5. Your Gift Voucher is non-refundable and non-returnable, neither can a Gift Voucher purchase be cancelled, except in accordance with your legal rights. 

  6. Gift Voucher recipients must make their intention of redeeming a gift voucher clear when confirming their booking.

  7. Gift Vouchers may be used for payment of the identified service at up to the value detailed on the voucher.  

  8. When redeeming a Gift Voucher it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment where the service can be delivered. OH&S assessment of what is considered a safe working environment will be at the sole discretion of the service provider. Where any aspect of the environment is deemed to be unsafe EcoPro may refuse service until the situation is rectified to their specification.

  9. Should EcoPro total charges total more than the value of the Gift Voucher/s, redeemed EcoPRo will invoice for the difference and this amount must be paid as per these terms and conditions.

  10. A maximum of two (2) Gift vouchers can be redeemed on a single booking & transaction

  11. The original Gift Voucher must be presented prior to the associated services being undertaken.  If the voucher cannot be produced then payment must be made for the service in advance. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before its expiry date).

  12. Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher.

  13. Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by EcoPro or be otherwise redeemable.

  14. EcoPro will not refund or offer credit for unredeemed Gift Vouchers (in part or otherwise), unless required by law.

  15. All payments for service must be either with a Gift Voucher or cash at the time of service.

  16. Terms are void where prohibited by law. EcoPRo Mobile Car Detailing Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland.

  17. EcoPro may cancel any Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel bookings using a Gift Voucher if it suspects that a Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
